Hurricane Katrina Oral History Collection

Scope and Contents

The Hurricane Katrina Oral History Collection contains interviews with 40 individuals. Interviews were videotaped to mini-DV and audio recorded to tape and mini-tape. For access purposes, the videos and audio recordings were digitized and are available on DVD and CD. Transcripts are available for nine of the interviews. There are also nine produced “final project” DVDs. All materials were produced in the spring of 2006, and all interviews were conducted in New Orleans.

This is an artificial collection consisting of Loyola University New Orleans athletics programs, media guides, clippings, and other ephemera created to promote and support sport teams at Loyola University between the years of 1908 – 1992.
